Tri-Valley Conservancy is thrilled to announce the opening of its 2025 Views in the Valley Photo Competition!

Open to adults and youth photographers in grades 6–12, this annual contest invites locals to capture the stunning beauty of the Tri-Valley’s open spaces, agriculture, wildlife, and recreational landscapes. 

Entrants will compete for cash prizes, including a $100 Grand Prize and the beloved Barry Zupan People’s Choice Award, by submitting their best shots of Livermore, Pleasanton, Dublin, San Ramon, and Sunol.

Categories include all types of agriculture and ranching, scenic vistas, as well as recreational uses and activities in parks and recreational areas within these locales. Photographers can also capture wildlife and nature scenes that reflect the true beauty of the Tri-Valley. 

Registration is now open, with the final deadline for submissions on May 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM.

Finalists will be notified via email on Monday, July 7th, and public voting for the Barry Zupan People’s Choice Award in both the adult and youth categories will take place from Monday, July 7th through Friday, July 11th. Winners will be announced on Monday, July 14th via email, social media, and on the Tri-Valley Conservancy website.
