Maroon Leaves by Spencer DeMera Maroon Leaves in a Fall Vineyard
Horseshoe by Richard Finn It’s incredible to watch the smoke curl up as the red-hot shoe meets the hoof. The man works with such steady, practiced hands, and the horse is just a total pro, standing perfectly still through the whole process. There’s something so timeless about that quiet bond and the steam rising in the middle of a hard day's work. From a ranch on Mines Road.
Olivina by Anna Rouse The iconic Olivina sign at sunset
Manning Shed Sunlight by Nancy Wright A small barn on Manning Road, Livermore, still being used for cattle. Sunlit on a stormy January day.
Manning Shed by Nancy Wright Small barn on Manning Road, Livermore, during springtime. Always enjoy these pastoral scenes still in the Bay Area.
Sea of Green by Rajesh Subramanian Captured from an aerial perspective over the foothills of Morgan Territory in Livermore (Reinstein Ranch). In the peak of early spring, these slopes undergo a transformation that makes them a near-perfect match for the idyllic meadows of the Swiss Alps. The ridges mimic the endless waves of the ocean, undulating sea of green that seems to roll toward the horizon.
Stacked Ridges by Rajesh Subramanian Captured near Livermore Ranch house in Morgan Territory. These hills are private ranch lands primarily used to cattle grazing. Using a telephoto lens allowed me to create an optical illusion, making the hills appear as if they were stacked directly atop one another in a series of receding waves. To me the "icing on the cake" for this composition is the lone house nestled quietly in the distance, providing a sense of scale and solitude within the vast, undulating terrain.

Glass House by James McCabe A peek into the past at Forest Homes Farm Regional Park and the Glass House.
Another Day by Ramon Arellano II Tomorrow is Another Day. This is a self photo taken at Kelly Hill in San Ramon during one of the supermoons over the Bay Area skies. With my hat on, I look like a field worker after a long work day.
Golf Course Vineyards by Paulette MacLaren Golf path at the Course at Wente during sunse. First time to ride the course and this beautiful shot of the vineyards at sunset was so beautiful
Fall in Livermore Vineyard by Markus Huber The vineyards behind Dante Robere. I love the country feel of many Livermore vineyards vs. the excesses of Napa Valley.
Owl Barn at Los Vaqueros by Markus Huber We love this dilapitated red barn at Los Vaqueros reservoir. For years there was an owl living in it. This year the owl left the barn and now lives in an adjacent California Oak treek grove.
Sunset 2 at Springtown Wetlands by Markus Huber I love how these two ducks in the reflecting Altamont Creek emphasize the quiet vastness and beauty of the landscape surrounding Livermore's Springtown.
Still Life in Green by Stephanie Lin Taken at East Shore Trail at Del Valle Regional Park. It’s always a good day for me when I run into these laid-back locals.
Cows are the Best by Miranda Duarte Photo Taken at 3 Calhoun Sisters' Ranch in Livermore, CA. Description: Three cows await to greet guests at the front of 3 Calhoun Sisters' Ranch. Two cows are standing while one sits.
Old Tractor on Ranch by Brooke Harris This was taken at our family ranch off of cross road in East of Livermore in late Spring 2026. I like the setting of the tractor overlooking the other ranches.
Brown Horse in Valley by Brooke Harris This was taken at a small valley above Del Valle Lake in late Spring 2026. I saw the horses in the field and one ran up to the gate as if it wanted me to take a picture of it.
Gray the Cow by Brooke Harris This was taken on our family ranch off of cross road East of Livermore in late Spring 2026. I love to see my favorite cow relaxing in the grass.
Cows with Blue Sky by Brooke Harris This was taken at my family's ranch off of cross road East of Livermore in Spring 2025. I love seeing the cows whenever I go up there.
