Mini-Grants Program for Agricultural Landowners

Agriculture is the backbone of our community, providing jobs, locally produced food and fiber, open space, scenic landscapes, and wildlife corridors that benefit everyone who lives here.

Tri-Valley Conservancy's new Agricultural Resiliency Mini-Grants Program (ARMG) is designed to encourage climate-smart conservation practices that increase agricultural resilience, protect soil and water quality, and strengthen the long-term viability of both public and private lands across the Tri-Valley

Grants of up to $5,000 will be available to conservation easement holders and approved easement land managers for projects that protect and steward agricultural land across the Tri-Valley.

The program funds conservation practices that support a healthy local food system, improve soil and water quality, expand environmental benefits, and strengthen the long-term viability of farms and ranches in our region.

TVC will prioritize projects that support agricultural and operational diversity, and all funded projects must demonstrate a public benefit by supporting the economic stability and continued productivity of Tri-Valley farmland.

If you steward agricultural land in the Tri-Valley and are ready to take meaningful action, we invite you to apply.
