Landowner Resources

Managing land comes with a unique set of responsibilities and opportunities. We provide the essential resources, funding information, and expert guidance needed for Tri-Valley agricultural producers to thrive and preserve their legacy.

CONSERVATION EASEMENT HOLDERS ONLY

Comprehensive Land Management

We are proud to announce a pilot program offering low-interest loans for the replanting of Cabernet Franc or Sauvignon Blanc Musque clones.

This initiative stems from a collaborative TVC/UC Davis study identifying these specific clones as ideally suited for the Tri-Valley microclimate and soil conditions, ensuring long-term viticultural success

Farmland Leasing

We facilitate access for new farmers and help revitalize fallow land by connecting landowners with qualified producers. Through our partnership with California FarmLink, we offer standardized leasing resources and matchmaking services to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

Organic Certifications

Transitioning to organic farming not only benefits the ecosystem but also aligns with market research showing that eco-conscious Millennials prioritize sustainably produced products.
