Tri-Valley Conservancy (TVC) 2012“Freeze Frame” Photo Competition (the "Competition") was open to all photographers (applicants) at least 18 years of age, except employees, Board of Directors (BOD) of Tri-Valley Conservancy, jurors and immediate families (children, siblings and spouses) and others living in their households of such employees, BOD and jurors.
